8 Riders of ummadc_lrsm 6001 CLUB undertook 350 KM to korta to spread the message of save the girl child. The rally was flagged of at 1400 hours by miss Nishtha Sharma ADM officer 5th Raj ban. NCC at Gulab Bag.  The riders embarked on a journey to spread the message of Beti hai to kal hai enroute to korta. The riders covered a distance of 170 KM to reach  korta escape where they were welcomed by kr. Nirbhay singh Deora.  After a well deserved rest in the evening the riders enjoyed the in house hospitality and dinner and prepared for the next day. Next morning the riders rode to the Atal Sewa Kendra and interacted with the villagers headed by the village sarpanch Mr.  Samartha ram dewasi to know about the best means to help the girls in the village. The discussions brought out a need for building a toilet for the girls in the village school. The rider pledged assistance and a plaque  commemorating the visit was placed at Atal sewa kendra. The riders then enjoyed a jeep safari through the dry river bed and the bush land around where they saw the local fauna. This was followed by the visit of the korta stud farm. The rider then departed to Udaipur via ranakpur where in they  enjoyed lunch at road side dhaba and Tea at Ftehabag. The ride culminated at garden hotel at 1700 hours.
