On July 26, 2015 – The riders of Legendary Riders of Scenic Mewar 6001 Club strode out amidst heavy rains to pay homage to the martyrs who laid down their lives in service of the nation. The occasion was the maiden ride of ummadc_lrsm 6001 Club with the purpose of spreading the message of bravery/ patriotism/ environmental conservation. The riders rode through some of the most picturesque landscape enroute to their destination to Ranakpur – 90 kms from Udaipur.The ride was flagged off by Brig. Harshvardhan Singh, Station Commandar, Udaipur Cantt and Maharaj Kumar Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar of Udaipur on Kargil Vijay Diwas which The Club chose as its Inaugural Ride Day.The 23 riders including 5 Army Officers riding on super bikes of Harley Davidson – Indian and Royal Enfields undertook the 200 kms to and fro journey through the lush green valley of Ranakpur to reach Fatehbagh at noon where warm hospitality and lunch awaited them.The ride of first of its kind generated great interest wherever it rode.
